1. Our Commitment
Peak Perspective Media LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards.
2. Conformance Status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide array of disabilities.
3. Measures Taken
- > Semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy (H1 through H3)
- > Language attribute set on the document (`lang="en"`)
- > ARIA labels on interactive elements (buttons, form inputs)
- > Form inputs associated with labels and descriptive aria-label attributes
- > Keyboard navigation supported — all interactive elements are focusable and operable via keyboard
- > Dark and light mode toggle for visual preference
- > External links identified with `target="_blank"` and `rel="noopener"` for security
- > Sufficient color contrast between text and backgrounds
- > No content relies solely on color to convey information
- > Decorative animations (grain, scanline, ASCII dither) use `pointer-events: none` and do not interfere with content
4. Known Limitations
- > The ASCII dither animation does not include a pause/stop control. Users who prefer reduced motion may use their operating system's "reduce motion" setting.
- > Third-party embeds (Cal.com booking modal) are governed by their respective providers' accessibility standards.
- > The resume modal uses an iframe which may present challenges for some assistive technologies. A direct PDF download is available as an alternative.
